Agawam Conservation Commission approves peer review and continues energy project.

Agawam Conservation Commission approved a $2,860 peer review contract with Stockman Associates and continued its review of a Request for Determination for the Agawam Energy Center at 769 Silver Street to January 22. Chair Henry Kozloski led the six-member board through unanimous approvals of a Certificate of Compliance for 127 Katharine Drive and continuation of a Tennessee Gas Pipeline certificate request on Suffield Street, also to January 22. A site visit at Quail Run found no violations, and the board scheduled a spring inspection at a deli regarding a berm issue.
