AGAWAM -- Agawam Police are hosting the town's National Night Out tonight at School Street Park from 6 to 8 p.m., marking the return of the annual community-policing event.
TOWN HALL
The Agawam Police Department is running this year's National Night Out at School Street Park, inviting residents to spend the early evening with the officers who patrol their neighborhoods. The event is part of a national observance held each summer in towns across Massachusetts and the country, built around informal contact between police and the public outside of emergency calls. The gathering runs the full two-hour window, from 6 to 8 p.m., at School Street Park.
