Agawam Beautification Committee unanimously approved prior minutes and advanced its barrel sponsorship program. Committee staff reported 55 barrel orders received to date, including participation from repeat sponsors and new sponsors, with some prior donors ordering multiple barrels. Chair Vi Baldwin and Stefanie Kesecker organized sponsorship signage ahead of the meeting.
The committee also unanimously voted to shift future meeting times from 3:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m., effective May 19, to align with new DPW hours.
