AGAWAM — Board of Health approves corrected March minutes and defers housing violation hearing. The board learned that all seven body art establishments in Agawam have been inspected and licensures are due this month; Health Agent Lauren Kennedy and Health Nurse Pam Sheridan will draft revisions to current body art regulations to address apprenticeships and trainer qualifications that are not currently covered. The school nursing department anticipates two vacancies in the 2026-2027 school year, one nurse retiring at the end of June 2026 and another in December 2026, with positions to be filled following official retirements.
