Chairwoman Amanda Kravetz, MD and Vice Chair Robin Pleshaw stressed the need to document service gaps and public health risks tied to Agawam's wetlands and proximity to mosquito habitats, particularly at Still Brook Park; the revised memo will return for formal consideration at the next meeting.
