Agawam Conservation Commission approves wetland determinations on South Westfield. The commission unanimously approved the Determination of Applicability and wetland boundaries for 130 South Westfield Street following updates to engineer Jeff Smith's site plan. The findings identify bordering and isolated vegetated wetlands, a jurisdictional intermittent stream, and additional off-property buffer zones on the parcel.

In compliance matters, the commission issued an Enforcement Order to 136 Parker Street requiring a restoration plan by August 13, and referred unauthorized work at 35 Winthrop Street to the Town Solicitor.
