Conservation Commission continues wetland hearings, approves peer review.

AGAWAM — Conservation Commission continues MSR Properties storage hearing to April 9. The applicant must address stormwater management and impervious surface comments from the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection and town Engineering. The board conditionally approved a 24-foot above-ground pool at 15 Barbara Lane for Cory and Typrowicz, pending erosion controls and confirmation the pool will not drain into wetlands.

Commissioners unanimously accepted a $2,860 peer review proposal from Stockman Associates for the Ameresco resource area delineation at 311 Shoemaker Lane and continued that hearing to April 23.
