Conservation Commission issues Order of Conditions for Tuckahoe Drive project

Agawam Conservation Commission unanimously issues Order of Conditions for 38 Tuckahoe Drive town project. Chair Henry Kozloski and the six-member panel voted 6-0 to approve the written order, copies of which are available at the Planning Department and Town Clerk's office. The Commission also voted 5-0 to continue review of a Request for Determination for an Agawam Energy Center proposal at 769 Silver Street to its next meeting, as requested.
