Agawam High School project commits final construction budget with $27.2 million amendment. Mayor Chris Johnson and Jennifer Bonfiglio led the Building Committee's 7-0 approval of Fontaine Bros Contract Amendment 12, which represents the final construction contract for award. The amendment brings the construction budget to 85 percent committed, with the overall project at 81 percent commitment.
Rough-in work continues on plumbing and electrical systems, geothermal piping installation is complete, and exterior framing, fireproofing, and roofing are scheduled to commence this month.
