AGAWAM — Planning Board approves Silver Street site plan, releases bond, continues Garden Street review. The board voted unanimously to approve the Site Plan for 699 Silver Street for MSR Properties LLC, conditioned on maintaining a clear swept path for the Fire Department; Engineering is satisfied and Conservation has closed its hearing. In a unanimous vote, the board released a nine-thousand-dollar bond for 61 Hemlock Ridge after Engineering confirmed no concerns.
The board continued the Amended Site Plan for 223 Garden Street for MBNZ Holding Co to May 7 pending receipt of Safety Officer and Fire Department comments on the proposed 1,300-square-foot addition extension.
